The slides were captured by projecting a game session of Grand Theft Auto (Rockstar Games) onto a white wall and photographing the projection with a film camera. The resulting slides are then projected on a wall using a carousel slide projector. The images were taken from various angles and distances, some including the full projection while others zoomed in to reveal the DLP projection grid. Only a handful of shots feature the player.
